Customer Service Representative

The second-fastest growing company in South Carolina is looking for a capable Customer Service Representative to further enhance an existing supportive and high-performing team. We believe in fostering a collaborative work environment where team members can feel safe discussing the pros and cons of possible solutions to an array of interesting projects.

Our company provides diagnostic and repair technologies for a variety of industries from heavy-duty trucks to marine vehicles to construction and agricultural equipment. Our marketing team creates a wide variety of promotional materials for online and print distribution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer issues
  • Processing RMAs and returned product
  • Managing “returned” inventory
  • Customer retention


  • High School Education
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Service Role

  • Organization skills

Pay Range

Full time. 40 hours per week. $14 –  $16 per hour.
