The Videographer will shoot footage and assist in editing. The Videographer will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production. He or she will transport, set up, and operate equipment; and assist with staging, set preparation and dressing. The Videographer will work closely with the Creative Director to execute the concept through to completion. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and TV commercials.
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
  • Transports, sets up, and operates various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production
  • Operation and maintenance of cameras, audio and video equipment, and other production related equipment
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to help them tell their stories on camera
  • Develop production schedules (work with internal traffic manager to coordinate)
  • Manage video and photo libraries and assets
  • Evaluate video and photo analytics from social media and other sources

Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal candidate must have the following qualifications/experience:

  • Must be a skilled visual storyteller with the ability to convey a solid message through a well-thought-out video.
  • Experience with Adobe Premier, After Effects, and/or Apple Final Cut Pro
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and/or Affinity Photo
  • Ability to multitask – this position will require both video production and product photography

Additionally, we are looking for candidates that also have experience/knowledge with:

  • Lightroom and photography experience
  • Basic technology and IT troubleshooting
  • Basic social media and marketing experience
  • Color grading experience
  • Experience with 3D renders
  • Active YouTube channel with examples of your work

Pay Range

$15 – $18/hour
